The $170k Special Assessment,  proposed on November 26, 2024, was approved January 14, 2025.
​Let's Audit if and how the allocated funds were spent.  
MedleyMembers welcomes homeowners to get involved in DIY 'crowdsourced' research.  It's easy together!

For the 5 budget items listed: 

1.  Who were the firms hired?  Are the contracts are posted on TownSquare?  What are the dates? (720.303(10))

2. Was their selection competitive?   Are the bids are posted on TownSquare? (720.303(10)(b)1)

3. Does the Jan-June (1st half) operating budget reflect the budget categories?  (720.303(10))

4. What has been spent to date in each category?  (Unused funds should offset 2026's fees/returned.)

5.  Looking back, which open board meeting were the discussed bids approved? (720.303(3) 'Minutes')

6. Were any Conflicts of Interest statements, abstentions  or waivers provided?  (720.303(3) 'Minutes')

Note - Although Medley has 'never had a reserve study' per presentation, Lennar did fund and transfer reserve funds
to us for the non-Clubhouse expenses (e.g. villa roofs).
